Doctors got the high rating when broadcasting in South Korea. The name of series already describe the genre of the series. Popular actors and actress were cameo in this series as well such as Han Hye Jin, Namgung Min. Soundtracks are good.

Yoo Hye-Jung is high school student and lived with her grandmother. She has gangster personality and is not get along with people until she met Hong Ji-Hong who is her teacher. Her grandmother passed away after had an operation at hospital. Yoo Hye-Jung blames that it was doctor's fault. After 13 years, she become sa doctor and met Hong Ji-Hong again. She tries to find out the truth about her grandmother's operation.
I watched series of Park Shin-Hye since Prince Hours (year 2007) but this series was not interesting. Later, You're beautiful (year 2009) was popular series. She played twin brother and sister role. She is talented in acting and singing so these are one reason why I watched this series. FYI, this series has happy ending.
The story of first 2-3 episode are drama and attractive. There are many operation scenes. and some romantic scene. Acting of men and women lead role is good especially chemistry between Kim Rae-Won and Park Shin-Hye is awesome.
After I watched about 10 episode, the story was not attractive like the first 2-3 episodes. In the story, Yoo Hye-Jung is talent doctor and every her operation cases seems successful. I think that it's not realistic. Various emotion can be found in this drama such as happiness, hatred, sad, sense of humor, sympathy and etc. Hong Ji-Hong has warm personality although he was not romantic guy while Hye-Jung is straight forward, love her friends and protect her subordinate.
Jin Seo-Woo (the 2nd woman lead role) is Hye-Jung's high school friend and she meets Hye-Jung again at the hospital. Although many people think that she is not good people, I sympathizes her. In fact, she is good people and has to obey her family.
