The high school students are stress because they are ranked by exam grades. Ra Eun-ho (Kim Se- jeong) is 18 years old, want to be a webtoon artist but she always get low exam grade. One day, she is accused as Student X who always mysterious troublemaker. She must find out who is the real student X.

School 2017 is the school series after School 2015. The story of this season is quite different from School 2015. It is focus on the relationship between teacher and students, also the classmates. The students have pressure about the grade so they must compete with their classmates. There are unfair how to treat each student that's why student X appears. Student X is like a superhero. This story line is not new and different from other drama so I think sometimes it's boring. The acting of actors and actress are not the problem. The transition when change from one scene to another scene is weird. Sometimes, I feel it looks like start the new episode instead. By the way, I like School 2015 more than School 2017.
