Extraordinary You is based on webtoon July Found by Chance. Eun Dan-O (Kim Hye-Yoon) is a high school student. She has a heart disease. Baek Kyung (Lee Jae-Wook) is her fiance and study in the same school. She loves Baek Kyung but he does not love her. Baek Kyung's father want Baek Kyung get married with Dan-O because of his business.
One day, she finds that some of her memory loss and can see the nearby future. Later, she realizes that she is just one of characters in the comic book and other people as well. Everyone does what the writer draws in the comic book. Dan-oh is only an extra character so she's afraid that one day she will be disappeared because she is not the main character. Therefore, she decides to change the story's plot and become the main character instead.
Ha-Roo (Ro Woon) is Dan-O's classmate. This name is given by Dan-O because he does not have name. Dan-O believes that Ha-Roo can help her to change destiny.

The story plot is quite new, unique and unpredictable. Kim Hye-Yoon's acting is great. She really suits with Eun Dan-O character. She is bright, cute and cheerful. She is the lead who influence this drama a lot.
I have never read the webtoon before so I cannot compare the drama with webtoon version. This reminds me "W" drama but it is different. The characters in "W" in comic appears in the real life and heroine can enter into comic world but Extraordinary You focus characters in comic world. The first two episodes make me confusing and a lot of questions in my head. After Ha-Roo appears, it starts more interesting. After that, I stuck in this drama because the story is unpredictable. Eun Dan-O is talkative girl but she is cute. It is fantasy, comedy and romance drama. The reason why I not give the rating 10/10 because the last 2-3 ending episodes is a little bit dragging. The last episode especially in the second half is too rush. Otherwise, the ending will be more impressed.
